About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of the company's Compliance Program;
  • Perform compliance risk analyses and propose action plans for mitigation;
  • Deliver training and communication initiatives on ethics, integrity, and corporate policies;
  • Support management of the Whistleblowing Channel, including triage, follow-up, and assistance with internal investigations;
  • Draft, review, and monitor policies, procedures, and internal controls related to compliance;
  • Conduct due diligence on third parties, business partners, and other related parties;
  • Monitor area metrics and prepare management reports for leadership reporting;
  • Track regulatory changes and support the alignment of internal processes with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
  • Experience in Compliance, Integrity, Governance, Internal Audit, Internal Controls, or Risk Management;
  • Knowledge of anti-corruption legislation, including Law No. 12,846/2013 (Brazilian Anti-Corruption Law), LGPD, and topics related to good practices and corporate integrity;
  • Knowledge of the Anti-Corruption Law, LGPD, and good corporate compliance practices;
  • Experience with third‑party due diligence, policy management, training delivery, and whistleblowing channel management;
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word);
  • Good communication skills, analytical ability, interpersonal skills, organization, and attention to detail.
  • Desirable:
  • Knowledge of ISO 37001 standards;
  • Experience with compliance tools, third‑party management solutions, or Power BI;
  • Courses or certifications in Compliance, Integrity, Risk Management, or Internal Investigations.
