About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide customer service through multiple channels (phone, email, WhatsApp, and others), ensuring a consistent, prompt, and effective experience;
- Identify and address customer needs within established deadlines;
- Track and monitor requests until resolution;
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve issues related to products, sales, and other aspects that affect customer service.
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or equivalent;
- Experience in customer service;
- Advantage: Experience with multichannel customer support;
- Basic Microsoft Office skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication;
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Strong interpersonal skills, team-oriented, collaborative and proactive attitude.
