About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and verification of payroll;
  • Benefits management (procurement, reconciliation, and monitoring);
  • Management of electronic timekeeping, time bank, and overtime;
  • Hiring, termination, and employee movement processes;
  • Verification of statutory labor charges (INSS, IRRF, FGTS);
  • Liaison with vendors, unions, and payroll consultants;
  • Support on area KPIs (turnover, people analytics, etc.);
  • Responding to employee inquiries related to the HR area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • CLT employment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Human Resources, or related fields
  • Experience with Personnel Administration routines (payroll, statutory charges, benefits, and timekeeping)
  • Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
  • Experience with eSocial, FGTS Digital, and electronic timekeeping
  • Intermediate/advanced Excel
  • Experience with personnel budgeting (a plus)
