About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the Budget, Forecast and Long-Term Plan cycle;
Analyze variances (actual vs. budget vs. forecast), identifying the main performance drivers;
Develop and maintain financial models (P&L, cash flow and balance sheet);
Build and monitor financial and operational KPIs;
Develop dashboards and management reports (Power BI);
Support the monthly financial close and performance analyses;
Prepare economic and financial feasibility studies and ad hoc analyses;
Act as a business partner to the business areas;
Prepare executive presentations for senior management;
Ensure correct order analysis in the system (Protheus).

Requirements

What you’ll need

CLT employment contract (Brazilian labor contract)
Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields;
Solid experience in FP&A, Controllership or other financial areas;
Strong expertise in financial planning, data analysis, financial mathematics and projection techniques;
Microsoft Office and Advanced Excel - Required
Power BI Intermediate/Advanced - Required
Experience with Protheus/TOTVS system - Preferred
Must reside in the Campinas metropolitan area (Campinas, Valinhos, Vinhedo, Jundiaí, etc.) - Required
Hybrid role (3–4 days on-site per week)
