About the role

  • Support conducting market research and product analyses.
  • Assist with profitability analysis and performance evaluation of portfolio products.
  • Provide support in the development and launch of new products.
  • Monitor product life cycle, supporting strategies for launches and discontinuations.
  • Collaborate with commercial and marketing teams to support activities that drive sales and promote products.
  • Support the search for and analysis of new international products and suppliers.
  • Assist in organizing events and product launches alongside the marketing team.
  • Help create and maintain the product launch calendar.
  • Participate in the validation of communication materials, ensuring technical product information is accurate.
  • Conduct store and showroom visits to assess product displays and monitor competitors.
  • Track trade shows and international market trends, including remotely.
  • Contribute market insights and feedback to help improve and develop new products.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office (intermediate).
  • Intermediate English is a plus.
  • Interest in market, product and trend analysis.
  • Must be enrolled in university with an expected graduation date in 1.5 to 2 years, ensuring availability to intern during this period.
  • Availability to work in the Campinas region: 3 days per week on-site and 2 days remote, from 8:00 to 15:00 (Monday to Friday).
