About the role

  • Assist with the implementation of logistics procedures for receiving, storage, handling, shipping and distribution of materials and products.
  • Collaborate in the control of logistics operations with a focus on multimodal transportation.
  • Support warehousing activities and transportation processes for products, parts and components to meet sales and after-sales needs (equipment and spare parts).
  • Monitor logistics processes as directed by the logistics coordinator.
  • Perform daily follow-up on deliveries, collections and outstanding incidents via email and phone; maintain a record of pending and completed incidents to ensure customers receive their goods satisfactorily.
  • Request quotes for dedicated air and road freight in priority cases.
  • Prepare payment orders, including basic verification of freight used for outbound, inbound and transfers.
  • Execute invoicing for sales orders, shipments, etc.
  • Provide support for the company’s cyclical and annual inventory processes.
  • Consult with your immediate manager when necessary if you have questions or encounter difficulties while performing your duties.
  • Work closely with the Sales Administration team to resolve logistics-related issues and requests.
  • Perform other routine duties within the department.

Requirements

  • Employment type: CLT (Brazilian formal employment contract)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics technologist or related field
  • Knowledge of invoices (Nota Fiscal), freight and warehouse operations
  • Microsoft Office and intermediate Excel — Required
  • Experience with Protheus/TOTVS system — Preferred
  • Availability to work in Valinhos, SP (must reside in Valinhos or nearby)
  • Hybrid role (4 days on-site)
