Commercial Consultant – Foreign Trade Specialist, Inside Sales

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Conduct active prospecting and provide consultative service to qualified leads (students, alumni and marketing database).
- Lead high-level negotiations, using technical authority to convert enrollments.
- Manage the sales pipeline (CRM) with a focus on closing and ambitious targets.
- Actively participate in re-engagement and retention strategies for our database.
- Make outbound and inbound contact with leads via phone, WhatsApp and other channels.
- Present courses clearly, concisely and persuasively.
- Quickly identify the lead profile and direct the appropriate offer.
- Follow the service script and telephone sales techniques.
- Execute follow-ups according to the defined cadence.
- Work with a high volume of daily calls.
- Log interactions and progress in the CRM.
- Meet daily, weekly and monthly targets for contacts, conversions and enrollments.
- Operate with full focus on closing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven experience in Inside Sales and consultative selling.
- Previous experience working remotely or as an independent contractor (PJ) (preferred).
- Strong results orientation and ownership mentality.
- Preferred (advantage): degree or knowledge in Foreign Trade, Business Administration, International Relations or Logistics.
