About the role
- Control scope, schedule, and status reporting to stakeholders throughout the entire implementation process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, identifying specific needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Conduct training, presentations, and ongoing support on the platform features and services of the SAUDEAENERGIA Program.
- Oversee the full implementation journey, including platform usage, participation in training pathways, reports, and KPIs.
- Create and update presentation materials, tutorials, and informational videos about services and related updates.
- Serve as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and collaboration to identify improvement areas and implement effective process and service changes.
- Act as the focal point for client feedback, proposing improvements based on observed needs.
- Monitor questions and technical requests, ensuring proactive and effective support.
- Provide technical and operational support to clients as needed.
- Support the commercial team as needed with product presentations and demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Analyze implementation data and metrics, producing reports that contribute to continuous service improvement.
- Ensure client satisfaction, engagement, and usability of the implemented solution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Project Management, or related fields.
- Experience implementing enterprise solutions, preferably in healthcare, technology, or education.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and strong organizational skills.
- Excellent communication, active listening, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders (HR, leadership, IT, Sales, etc.).
- Data-oriented, with the ability to read and interpret performance indicators.
