About the role
- Active prospecting (Outbound): Identify and prospect new business opportunities within mid-size and large companies, focusing on HR decision-makers.
- Full sales cycle: Manage all stages of the sales process, from lead qualification to contract closing.
- Consultative approach: Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, presenting Digital Medicine's solutions in a personalized way.
- Customer relationship: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, reinforcing the value of telemedicine solutions.
- Pipeline management: Keep the CRM updated with all interactions and stages of negotiations, ensuring predictability of results.
- Targets and results: Work in a target-driven manner, contributing to the company's commercial growth and expansion.
Requirements
- Proven experience in outbound client prospecting within corporate health
- Recent experience selling to HR departments, with an understanding of their pain points and needs
- Excellent communication, negotiation and closing skills
- Autonomy and proactivity to organize your own work and achieve results
- Familiarity with CRM tools and prospecting platforms
- Interest in innovation, technology and health
- Bachelor's degree
