About the role

  • Review court filings and procedural notices and manage the deadlines calendar, working directly on matters of medium and high complexity;
  • Execute and prioritize the internal schedule of procedural deadlines, ensuring the proper progress of proceedings and debt recovery;
  • Draft procedural opinions of medium complexity, providing technical support to clients and to the internal collections and negotiation teams;
  • Monitor and drive judicial proceedings, including hearings, trials, appeals, court orders (alvarás) and actions linked to Renajud (Brazil's judicial vehicle-registration system);
  • Populate, review and keep internal case-management systems up to date, ensuring the integrity of information and case history;
  • Prepare and update procedural and management reports for delivery to clients/contracting parties;
  • Request, monitor and control court fees and payments of judgments with clients/contracting parties;

Requirements

  • Law degree and active OAB registration (Brazilian Bar Association);
  • Previous experience in the role, specifically in debt recovery/credit recovery.
