About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Study the concession contract, seeking ways to preserve its economic and financial balance while meeting business objectives and remaining consistent with the Granting Authority;
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations related to investments, deadlines and established conditions with the Granting Authority, identifying company needs;
Review requests from the regulatory agency, assess their content and forward them to the appropriate areas for response;
Draft basic correspondence, including contractual arguments, to respond to third parties;
Ensure good practice in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Asset Management standards, and guarantee compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules aligned with the Company’s guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree required in Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;
Experience using Artificial Intelligence in administrative processes is desirable;
Basic English.
