About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements to ensure the company follows current laws and regulations, minimizing legal and reputational risks and promoting compliance with applicable laws.
Review and assist in drafting and updating internal Compliance procedures and policies to ensure company documentation aligns with industry best practices, maintaining continuous compliance and operational efficiency.
Deliver Compliance and business ethics training to employees to educate and raise awareness about the importance of complying with internal and external standards, preventing inappropriate conduct and promoting an ethical organizational culture.
Support internal audits and periodic controls to evaluate the company's process compliance, identify possible gaps or deviations, and ensure implementation of corrective and preventive measures, promoting transparency and organizational integrity.
Prepare reports on the company's compliance status, including corrective actions and improvements implemented, to keep senior management informed about compliance levels and identified risks, enabling informed decision-making.
Support contract management activities with suppliers and partners within the Compliance area, monitoring deadlines, invoices, payments, and other related tasks;
Provide support for Compliance area activities, handling administrative demands to ensure continuous compliance of daily routines.
Ensure good practices related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Social Responsibility standards, as well as ensuring compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with the Company's guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working in Compliance, risk, internal controls, legal, or related areas.
Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or Accounting (Law preferred).
Desired: intermediate English.
Knowledge of Power BI;
Knowledge of Power Automate;
Experience with emerging technologies (e.g., using AI in daily work).
