About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the rollout of the ESG Agenda within the unit;
Contribute to the consolidation and advancement of ESG indicators;
Develop continuous-improvement projects in sustainability, including standardization and process automation;
Monitor and perform critical analysis of indicators, including active management through data;
Support corporate and regulatory ESG processes (PSI ANTT Sandbox, ISE, GRI, ESG Agenda);
Participate in and encourage strategic, innovation and sustainability projects;
Interface with internal and external stakeholders;
Support engagement initiatives and institutional positioning on sustainability;
Assist with budget management (Capex and Opex).

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering, Business Administration, Sustainability, Economics or related fields;
Previous experience in ESG, corporate sustainability or strategy;
Experience with ESG indicators, reporting and frameworks;
Technical knowledge of ESG indicators and frameworks (GRI, ISE, etc.);
Advanced Excel;
Experience building dashboards and monitoring performance indicators;
Experience with budget management and monitoring;
Experience in data analysis and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI or similar).
