About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Enter and update control data in spreadsheets and internal systems;
Perform administrative routines such as filing documents, managing forms and cash records;
Provide support in responding to site inquiries regarding collection procedures;
Assist with reconciliation of collected amounts (perform traffic validations);
Support the analysts team in monitoring collection indicators and data;
Assist in sending basic reports to area leadership;
Provide operational support to the collection team for routine activities;
Ensure the organization and integrity of the area's information.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed in: Business Administration, Accounting, Engineering, Economics, Logistics, Statistics, or related fields.
Availability to work shifts (day or night) - Day: 06:15 to 18:45 and/or Night: 18:15 to 06:45.
