About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor and analyze the operational performance parameters of the units;
Monitor medical assistance, mechanical service and road inspection indicators in accordance with PER requirements and the regulatory authority;
Prepare technical justifications, reports and regulatory defenses in cases of non‑compliance;
Perform critical analysis of operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions;
Work on problem remediation and develop solutions for continuous improvement of processes and indicators;
Consolidate operational data and support teams in meeting targets and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Administration, Engineering, Logistics or related fields;
Intermediate knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
Knowledge of Power BI;
Knowledge of the area’s operational systems (desirable);
Availability to work in Niterói, RJ.
