About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support gathering technical requirements and sizing servers (CPU, memory, storage, and network);
Support the definition and implementation of on-premises, hyperconverged, and hybrid architectures;
Prepare and review technical specifications and project documentation;
Perform technical activities for deployment, configuration, and validation of environments;
Support capacity planning, availability, and continuity actions (backup/DR);
Support purchasing processes and supplier/vendor support;
Provide technical support for hardware and software acquisition processes;
Assist in technical analysis of proposals and validation of BOMs;
Interact with vendors and integrators for technical clarifications;
Monitor deliveries and deployment activities with partners;
Project management and monitoring;
Log and track requests in the corporate project management system;
Support the development of schedules and action plans;
Identify technical risks and support the definition of solutions;
Report technical status of activities to the team and stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Networking, or related fields.
Experience with Windows Server (2008 to 2022), Active Directory (AD DS), DNS, DHCP, GPOs, and WSUS.
Knowledge of replication and permission management in Active Directory.
Experience with SCCM and/or Microsoft Intune.
Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and integration with Microsoft 365.
Experience with virtualization using VMware vSphere (ESXi/vCenter) and/or Hyper-V.
Knowledge of clustered environments and basic administration of SAN, NAS, and iSCSI storage.
Experience with Microsoft Azure (VMs, networking, monitoring, and backup).
Basic knowledge of AWS (EC2, S3, and IAM).
Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
Knowledge of automation with PowerShell.
Knowledge of Nutanix (AHV/Prism).
Certifications: Microsoft, NCP, AWS Solutions Architect Associate, and ITIL Foundation v4.
Intermediate English.
