Junior Road Operations Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare reports and statements on performance results and process indicators, identifying deviations and areas of concern and proposing improvements.
- Support the development, control, and execution of the area's projects and processes.
- Support process management for the area by analyzing performance indicators and publishing results via a dedicated system.
- Participate in the development of policies, standards, and procedures for operational projects related to traffic, weigh stations, tolls, and road safety through reviews of standards and procedures.
- Participate in working groups (internal or external interface areas), deciding and defining common interests, procedures, and improvements.
- Prepare and control measurements related to services contracted by the area, and monitor deadlines in price-quotation/procurement processes for contracting service providers.
- Monitor and analyze operational performance parameters of the units.
- Track medical, mechanical, and road inspection service indicators in accordance with PER and the regulatory authority.
- Prepare technical justifications, reports, and regulatory defenses in cases of non-compliance.
- Conduct critical analysis of operational deviations and propose corrective and preventive actions.
- Consolidate operational data and support teams in meeting targets and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, control, and monitor the sending and receipt of official correspondence with the regulatory authority and other related agencies, ensuring compliance, organization, and adherence to established deadlines.
- Ensure best practices for Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with customer requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
- Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules aligned with company guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of Power BI.
- Knowledge of the area's operational systems (Kcor, Digifort, SAP).
- Availability to work in Montes Claros, Minas Gerais (MG), Brazil.
