About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Study the concession contract to identify ways to preserve its economic and financial balance, meeting company objectives while maintaining consistency with the Granting Authority;
Monitor compliance with contractual obligations related to investments, deadlines and established conditions with the Granting Authority, identifying the company's needs;
Review requests from the regulatory body, assess their content and forward them to the relevant departments to obtain responses;
Draft basic correspondence templates that include contractual arguments for replies to third parties;
Ensure good practices in Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Asset Management standards, as well as compliance with customer, regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules aligned with the Company's guidelines and ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need

University degree required in Administration, Engineering or related fields;
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel, Word, PowerPoint);
Knowledge of Power BI is desirable;
Experience using AI in administrative processes is desirable;
Basic English.
