About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the definition of scope and the planning of projects within your area of responsibility, ensuring alignment with the organization’s guidelines and the project management methodology;
Assess the need to hire service providers to provide appropriate support to the project and/or technical study;
Define, together with the project sponsor, the companies to be invited to submit relevant proposals;
Contribute to the budget planning of each project to ensure effective validation by the stakeholders;
Support the preparation of the Project Charter, Scope Statement and Acceptance Certificate so they are approved by the sponsor/client and the core project team;
Contribute to meeting targets to ensure the effective development of low- and medium-complexity prospecting projects, according to the area of activity;
Critically review projects carried out by supporting or outsourced teams to identify possible deviations and provide support for necessary corrections;
Ensure the application of best practices related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety and Social Responsibility standards, as well as compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with the Company’s guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
Experience in preparing road/highway projects
Experience in project management and AutoCAD
