About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct analyses and feasibility studies and adjust budget planning to align available financial resources so that management targets are met efficiently and within budget.
Act as an interface between your area and the Procurement department to ensure process integration and smooth negotiations, so that price requests and negotiations are effective and aligned with the organization’s needs.
Control the contract signing and registration process through a dedicated system to maintain organization of contractual documents, enabling monitoring of contract term, deadlines, and values, and ensuring compliance with established conditions.
Provide guidance to contractors in identifying irregularities in documentation to ensure compliance and regularity in processes, so that documentation requirements are properly met and contracts proceed without legal obstacles.
Ensure best practices for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, and Social Responsibility standards, as well as compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory obligations, and contractual requirements.
Participate in the preparation and control of the department’s planning to keep the planning base updated and to support strategic decision-making related to costs, investments, and the physical progress of construction works and services.
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following the rules aligned with the Company’s guidelines, ensuring adherence to regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Construction Planning.
Availability to work in Montes Claros (MG), Brazil.
