About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Analyze and monitor the social and environmental performance of the company’s units, taking into account the diversity of sectors of activity, the scale of operations and the complexity of the processes involved.
Collect, consolidate, analyze and communicate sustainability indicators, using appropriate tools and methodologies.
Support the team involved in sustainability activities and projects by gathering information, maintaining document control, organizing records, preparing technical reports and performing other related tasks.
Perform critical analysis of applicable legal requirements and their adherence by the organization, as well as develop and track action plans aimed at improving results and achieving legal compliance.
Manage and evaluate suppliers, monitoring compliance with environmental, quality and legal requirements in accordance with corporate methodology.
Ensure water resources management, ensuring compliance with GM/MS Ordinance No. 888/2021, and conduct the processes for requesting, renewing and waiving water-use permits (outorgas) with the competent authorities.
Provide support for circular economy initiatives and environmental programs, contributing to the implementation of sustainability actions and continuous improvement.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Environmental Engineering or related fields.
Experience in indicators management, report preparation and monitoring action plans.
Knowledge of water resources management, permitting processes and environmental legislation.
Skills in supplier management and evaluation.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
