About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Prepare official letters, correspondence, presentations and other documents for regulatory matters related to planned investments with public entities.
Monitor construction progress using aerial surveys, ensuring accuracy of measurements and traceability of measured data.
Analyze and follow up, together with the responsible team, the delivery of project packages for highway capacity expansion segments, and direct field requirements for project adjustments.
Prepare and manage the procurement of engineering services related to the highway capacity expansion works.
Conduct feasibility analyses and studies and adjust budget planning to align with the board's targets.
Serve as a liaison between your area and the procurement department, including processes for requests for quotations and negotiations.
Control the contract signature and registration process through the specific system for the area, monitoring contract validity, duration and value.
Provide guidance to contractors in identifying irregularities in documentation found during document reviews according to required documentation.
Ensure best practices in Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Asset Management standards, and ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations.
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with the Company's guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
Desirable knowledge in the use of BIM methodology tools and familiarity with the methodology.
Knowledge of Trimble Stratus is desirable.
Preferably residing in the Governador Valadares region, Minas Gerais (MG).
