About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Conduct analyses and feasibility studies and assess the adequacy of budget planning to align available financial resources so that directorate targets are met efficiently and within budget;
Act as an interface between your area of responsibility and the procurement department to ensure process integration and smooth negotiations so that requests for proposals and negotiations are carried out effectively and aligned with the organization’s needs;
Manage the contract signature and registration process through a dedicated system to keep contractual documents organized and controlled, allowing monitoring of contract validity, deadlines, and values, and ensuring compliance with established conditions;
Provide guidance to contractors in identifying irregularities in documentation to ensure compliance and regularity in processes, so that documentary requirements are properly met and contracts proceed without legal obstacles;
Ensure best practices related to Quality, Environment, Occupational Health & Safety, and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following the rules defined and aligned with the Company’s guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience in Construction Planning.
Availability to work in Governador Valadares (MG), Brazil.
