About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the team responsible for the concessionaire's legal advisory activities.
Review and draft legal documents, including administrative defenses.
Develop and implement legal strategies aligned with the business's growth and needs, in partnership with Legal Management.
Represent the concessionaire and conduct hearings before the Public Prosecutor's Office, municipal governments, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Law degree with active OAB (Brazilian Bar Association) registration.
Postgraduate degree preferred.
Experience in a regulated sector.
Experience in management roles.
Availability to work in Matão, SP (São Paulo, Brazil).
