About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare official letters, correspondence, presentations and other documents for regulatory negotiations related to planned investments with public entities.
  • Monitor construction progress using aerial surveys, ensuring measurement accuracy and traceability of measured data.
  • Analyze and follow up, together with the responsible team, the delivery of design packages for highway capacity expansion sections, and direct field requirements to adjust project designs.
  • Prepare and manage the contracting of engineering services related to highway capacity expansion works. Conduct analyses and feasibility studies and align budget planning with the directorate's targets.
  • Serve as the interface between your area and Procurement, including price-taking processes and negotiations.
  • Control the contract signature and registration process using the area-specific system, monitoring contract term, deadlines and values.
  • Provide guidance to contractors in identifying documentation irregularities found during document review, according to required documentation standards.
  • Ensure best practices for Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety, Social Responsibility and Asset Management standards, and ensure compliance with client, regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.
  • Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules aligned with company directives and ensuring compliance with regulatory, statutory and contractual requirements.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
  • 2–4 years of professional experience in the area.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word).
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD, BIM and Revit is desirable.
  • Experience in the concessions sector.
