About the role
- Keep the department's electronic and physical files up to date and organized, performing systematic follow-up with all members of the sustainability team;
- Execute service or procurement measurements, prepare budgets, create purchase orders, enter invoices, and monitor the entire payment process for services and materials managed by the sustainability department;
- Operate and monitor the entire contract drafting process for the department;
- Prepare budget monitoring reports for the department;
- Arrange air travel, hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, and other items for department staff travel;
- Open and follow up on expense reimbursement requests or technical service supply requests;
- Participate in the supplier approval process, validating procedures that involve sustainability documentation;
- Support supplier qualification activities, assisting in the collection of documentation and controlling approved/non-approved suppliers; ensure good practices of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Safety and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
- Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.
Requirements
- High school diploma;
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
- Required experience working in administrative areas;
- Required knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
