About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Keep the department's electronic and physical files up to date and organized, performing systematic follow-up with all members of the sustainability team;
Execute service or procurement measurements, prepare budgets, create purchase orders, enter invoices, and monitor the entire payment process for services and materials managed by the sustainability department;
Operate and monitor the entire contract drafting process for the department;
Prepare budget monitoring reports for the department;
Arrange air travel, hotel reservations, vehicle rentals, and other items for department staff travel;
Open and follow up on expense reimbursement requests or technical service supply requests;
Participate in the supplier approval process, validating procedures that involve sustainability documentation;
Support supplier qualification activities, assisting in the collection of documentation and controlling approved/non-approved suppliers; ensure good practices of Quality, Environmental, Occupational Safety and Social Responsibility standards, and ensure compliance with client requirements, regulatory and statutory requirements, and contractual obligations;
Act in accordance with the corporate Compliance and Ethics program, following rules defined and aligned with company guidelines, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements and contractual obligations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma;
Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree) in Administration, Accounting, or related fields;
Required experience working in administrative areas;
Required knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
