About the role

  • Lead the management of ancillary revenues and budget planning, developing and monitoring activities related to ancillary revenues and renewal control.
  • Be responsible for consolidating the budget planning of ancillary revenues for units within the São Paulo hub.
  • Conduct variance analyses, periodic reviews, trend analysis and forecasting (forecast) using financial statements to ensure the company's financial health.
  • Insurance management: oversee the renewal process and monitor all insurance policies for the units under your responsibility.
  • Control, analyze and monitor fixed and variable costs, proposing cost-reduction actions and initiatives to improve financial efficiency.
  • Prepare management reports: produce and present regular financial and management reports with critical analyses and insights to support managerial decision-making.
  • Develop dashboards and consolidated analyses, ensuring clarity, reliability and traceability of information. Performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop, monitor and analyze financial and operational indicators (KPIs).
  • Identify deviations, propose corrective actions and follow up on results, contributing to continuous process improvement. Support audits and compliance.
  • Provide support to internal and external audits by supplying necessary information, reports and clarifications.
  • Ensure correct screening, consolidation and submission of data to regulatory bodies and public authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations and deadlines.
  • Act as a strategic partner to operational areas, providing analytical and financial support for decision-making.
  • Contribute to process improvement, identify opportunities and optimize results.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering.
  • Proven experience in preparing, monitoring and analyzing budgets and forecasts.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, slicers and macros.
  • Experience with Power BI for dashboard creation, data visualization and analysis.
