About the role

  • Serve as the technical point of reference, mentoring less-senior analysts and ensuring the team applies industry best practices in day-to-day work.
  • Propose and design solutions for high-complexity, mission-critical projects with a focus on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Lead strategic meetings for process mapping, scope negotiation, and stakeholder expectation management.
  • Drive the elicitation of functional and non-functional requirements, translating business pain points into robust technical specifications.
  • Prepare schedules and project plans, and proactively manage risks, deviations, and dependencies.
  • Validate technical and functional deliveries, ensuring artifacts conform to the designed solutions.
  • Recommend system modernization, complex migrations, and adoption of new technologies that provide competitive advantage.
  • Oversee initiatives from conception through assisted production operation, ensuring stability and successful implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
  • Proven IT experience (minimum 5–6 years) working on medium- and high-complexity projects.
  • Strong knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban), with experience in mapping user journeys and defining MVPs.
  • Experience defining and modeling business solutions that involve complex integrations and APIs (REST, SOAP, and others).
  • Analytical ability to define, monitor, and optimize KPIs, ensuring the performance and success of implemented solutions.
