About the role

  • Serve as ambassador and focal point for the implementation of the Segurança Sempre Program (Safety Always Program);
  • Develop and ensure execution of the action schedule for the Segurança Sempre Program;
  • Communicate and promote the Segurança Sempre Program activities to field teams;
  • Manage safety by analyzing trends and indicators, identifying gaps and proposing solutions, and providing technical and consultative support;
  • Compile operational unit results in the Integrated Management System (SGI);
  • Prepare materials and presentations for the Concessionaire’s Safety Committees;
  • Develop and deliver training according to the established schedule;
  • Manage occurrences (accidents, incidents, investigations, lessons learned, and action plans);
  • Prepare and lead Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS).

Requirements

  • Completed higher education (Technical or Bachelor’s degree) in a related field;
  • Experience in Occupational Health and Safety (HSE);
  • Experience delivering trainings and technical instruction;
  • Intermediate level Microsoft Office skills;
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI preferred;
  • Valid driver’s license (category B);
  • Availability to work in Barueri, SP (São Paulo).
