About the role

  • Analysis of operational performance (vehicle traffic, toll rate adjustments, etc.) and sector performance (road concession auctions);
  • Preparation of quarterly results presentations, institutional presentations, management reports and general presentations for executive management and the board of directors;
  • Preparation of material disclosures, market communications and shareholder notices;
  • Updating the Reference Form and the Integrated Report;
  • Updating the shareholder base/register;
  • Monitoring the stock market (price, liquidity, shareholder base, research reports, market makers, stock lending, etc.);
  • Preparation of studies and strategic analyses.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics or Engineering;
  • Intermediate to advanced English;
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Experience with CVM, B3 and Bloomberg systems, as well as IR website update platforms and share registry/bookkeeping systems;
  • Interest in new technologies (artificial intelligence or programming) is desirable, applicable to automation, data analysis and Investor Relations routines.
