About the role
- Define and analyze maintenance service needs across the company’s various areas, developing effective solutions in partnership with consultancies/vendors that meet those needs.
- Support contract management by reviewing terms and clauses related to service delivery and provision of technological resources, and ensure proper measurement and billing processes.
- Manage personnel, technical teams and associated budgets responsible for infrastructure and service maintenance of assets.
- Develop, deploy and implement plans to ensure optimal utilization of assets on site, as well as supervise and provide guidance on their maintenance.
- Lead the implementation of innovation within the company, seeking the best design alternatives and options.
- Prepare and manage capital budgets.
- Create and implement plans to continuously improve site infrastructure needs and all infrastructure services, contracts and contractors.
- Train and develop human resources across the division on technical and technological matters.
- Work in collaboration with peer managers at the concessionaires to improve business efficiency and reduce waste.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
- Postgraduate degree in the area.
- Experience in maintenance management, automation and electrical systems.
- Prior experience in the highways, railways, airports and metro sectors.
- Knowledge of asset management and maintenance planning.
- Desirable: knowledge of toll collection systems and IT infrastructure.
- Fluent in English.
- Position based in São Bernardo do Campo, SP, Brazil.
