About the role
- Create and review content (text, images, and videos) for internal channels, such as announcements, the corporate social network, podcasts, and newsletters, ensuring clear, informative, and creative communication; produce a variety of content types, including photos, videos, and interviews.
- Respond to and provide support to internal departments, assisting with the structuring and dissemination of specific communications.
- Support employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives (campaigns for commemorative dates, onboarding of new employees, internal events).
- Ensure alignment of communication across departments and with senior leadership.
- Organize and coordinate internal and external events, ensuring consistency with institutional communication; conduct diagnostics and climate/communication surveys to propose improvements.
- Identify trends and innovations in the digital environment and new communication formats.
- Manage relationships with agencies and external vendors that support Communications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Advertising, or Marketing.
- Experience in Corporate Communications, with emphasis on content production aligned with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Experience managing social media and working with digital influencers.
- Experience planning and executing institutional, corporate, and promotional events—both internal and external—with active participation in all stages: communication, organization, and pre-, during- and post-event follow-up.
- Preferred knowledge of design and video editing tools, such as Canva and CapCut.
