About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage a portfolio of medium and high-potential customers across self-service, traditional and small retail channels;
Achieve individual sales and revenue targets;
Coach and train new sales representatives;
Implement promotional campaigns and merchandising activities, ensuring proper product placement, including refrigerated items;
Gather competitive intelligence, market trends and business opportunities;
Analyze performance reports and recommend corrective actions.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent;
Proficiency with digital tools such as smartphones;
Familiarity with sales ERP systems;
Previous B2B and B2C sales experience, preferably in the food industry;
Basic knowledge of refrigerated products;
Leadership skills and the ability to train and support less experienced colleagues;
Own vehicle and availability for short trips within the assigned region;
Good communication skills, results-oriented and proactive.
Advantageous if you have:
University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related fields.
