About the role

  • The Business Intelligence Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance, updating and creation of strategic dashboards and reports, as well as supporting complex analyses involving large volumes of data.
  • Must act proactively, with critical thinking, a results-oriented approach, and the ability to translate data into actionable insights, always ensuring the accuracy, integrity and consistency of information.
  • This professional will be the point of connection between departments, guiding the team with a collaborative and strategic leadership stance.

Requirements

  • Manage the development, maintenance and curation of dashboards and analytical reports;
  • Ensure governance, organization and standardization of data, files and folders;
  • Present insights and analyses in a clear, visual way oriented to decision-making;
  • Administer processes and tools for data automation and integration;
  • Support different areas of the company with strategic information and performance readings;
  • Work with a critical view of the data, continuously seeking process optimization and delivery quality.

  • BI Tools: Proven experience with Power BI and/or Looker Studio.
  • Automation and ETL: Experience with integration and automation tools (Dataslayer, Supermetrics, Flashtalking, etc.).
  • Extraction and Monitoring: Proficiency with tools such as Similarweb, Semrush, TGI, AdInsights, Google Trends, among others.
  • Office Suite: Advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
