About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Compile and manage data from surveys conducted on the internal portal, importing data into the internal Power BI database to keep daily and monthly reports up to date and to support the start of presentations related to this topic.
  • Knowledge of Office 365, Power BI and other tools that contribute to report generation and decision-making for the area.
  • Analyze data with each dealership covering all off-road vehicle brands; communicate with dealerships indicating the start and end of data collection, including closure reminders.
  • Process compiled data for publishing in Power BI and share this working dataset with all internal areas to ensure feedback to each customer awaiting resolution of their after-sales issues.
  • Ensure that the information presented in weekly technical meetings (collection, management and alerts for vehicles out of service) is coherent and contributes to improving our customers' after-sales satisfaction.
  • Manage and categorize VOR, NPS and warranty claim transmission time indicators, and send a monthly report to the dealership network.
  • Support the development of new methodologies together with partner areas: analyze feasibility, consult action history, develop improvement plans, implement and measure results.
  • Identify and organize “Lost” and “Recovered” Opportunities, monitor closed and active campaigns, and support the field team with up-to-date information through monthly reports.
  • Maintain good relationships with the company's key partner areas as well as the dealership network.
  • Remote work, but must be available for occasional meetings in São Paulo.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics or related fields.
  • Experience in process improvement and data analysis.
  • Experience with quality tools (SWOT, PDCA, among others).
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Forms).
  • Advanced knowledge of Power BI.
  • Advantage: knowledge of Bizagi, Project Management (PMI, PRINCE2) and Python.
  • Intermediate English.
  • Spanish is a plus.
