About the role
- Prepare and review annual budgets, forecasts and financial projections aligned with strategic objectives.
- Perform variance analysis (actual vs. budget vs. forecast) and identify risks and opportunities.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards with clear insights for the board of directors and business units.
- Develop budget planning for sales, expenses and investments by account, cost center and branch so that result drivers have targets to be followed by operations, enabling the company to achieve its numerical goals.
- Define the key performance indicators to be monitored by area, which will contribute to delivering the company’s numerical and strategic objectives as each area understands and assumes its role within the organization.
- Prepare executive presentations for board and committee meetings.
- Ensure governance of financial data, proposing improvements to data quality and consistency.
- Manage the management closing processes, ensuring deadlines are met and information quality is maintained.
- Identify and propose process improvements that impact the company’s results.
- Act as a strategic partner to business areas, providing analytical support for decision-making.
- Develop future scenarios to support medium- and long-term management decisions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration
- Postgraduate degree preferred
- Experience in controllership
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Basic Power BI
- Basic SAP
