About the role
- Calculate individual and collective vacation pay, ensuring compliance with applicable labor legislation;
- Perform termination calculations, verifying dismissal payments, taxes and contributions;
- Organize, control and file documents related to labor claims, providing support to the legal department when necessary;
- Prepare reports and controls to monitor vacations, terminations and other departmental routines;
- Keep employee records up to date, ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of information;
- Support other Personnel Department activities as required.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or related fields;
- Experience in personnel department routines, especially in calculating vacations and terminations;
- Knowledge of labor legislation;
- Experience with the Senior system;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
