About the role

  • Coordinate the activities of the group's Legal team, ensuring the quality and efficiency of processes;
  • Manage the team, ensuring employee development and engagement;
  • Prepare legal opinions ensuring compliance with applicable law;
  • Present management reports with strategic analyses to support decision-making;
  • Negotiate with suppliers and partners to optimize results and resource management;
  • Map, review and optimize internal workflows for mass litigation (high-volume litigation), focusing on productivity and reduction of rework;
  • Monitor control activities, providing information to company management/directors in accordance with contractual conditions;
  • Track relevant judicial developments, case law and legal interpretations that impact mass litigation;
  • Identify trends and improvement opportunities to reduce liabilities, expenses and risks;
  • Coordinate the performance of external law firms, focusing on quality, SLAs and delivery of established KPIs;
  • Serve as the focal point for internal departments on legal matters related to their activities;
  • Review and supervise the preparation of various legal documents, including contracts, amendments, security instruments, notices, minutes of investor meetings, corporate documents, market communications and other instruments related to the company's operations.

Requirements

  • Law degree (completed);
  • Active OAB registration;
  • Experience in a corporate environment (preferred);
  • Experience managing teams;
  • Experience and knowledge in labor litigation;
  • Ability to work independently (self-starter);
  • Proactive;
  • Good communication skills;
  • Organized.
