About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead multidisciplinary technology teams, promoting a culture of innovation, agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and adoption of modern software engineering practices.
Design and implement the transition from analog/legacy workflows to fully digital ecosystems, integrating data collection tools and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms for strategic decision-making.
Architect, develop, and integrate autonomous AI agents and intelligent automation workflows (RPA + AI) to optimize internal processes and end products.
Implement and promote the use of AI-assisted development tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, etc.) to accelerate the delivery cycle of software and mobile applications.
Develop technical upskilling methodologies for internal teams and conduct technology transfer workshops for corporate clients or government agencies.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven track record in technology (with a focus on architecture and technical leadership), demonstrating progression in complex digital transformation projects.
Hands-on expertise in advanced prompt engineering, basic fine-tuning, and integration of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini).
Experience with AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, CrewAI, AutoGen, or LlamaIndex).
Strong knowledge in data analysis, data manipulation, and statistical modeling using Python.
Experience with image/video processing or GIS libraries like GeoPandas is a plus.
Strong background in software architecture (microservices, RESTful APIs, event-driven architecture) and databases (relational and NoSQL/vector stores such as Pinecone/Chroma for AI).
Experience across the mobile application lifecycle (iOS/Android), with the ability to switch between native/hybrid development and rapid prototyping/governance platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power).
Previous experience in public sector technology projects (compliance with LGPD, interoperability of government systems, e-Gov).
Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps/MLOps practices (deploying AI models and automations to production).
Certifications related to Cloud, Solution Architecture, or Agile Methodologies.
