About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Main focus on prospecting and assisting clients with an emphasis on scheduling consultations;
Organize and prepare the consultation schedule;
Organize the schedule for patient treatment appointments/procedures;
Assist with the clinic's administrative organization and daily routines;
Greet patients and direct them to their consultations and corresponding procedures (on in-person days);
Present and sell additional solutions to clients who have not yet purchased them (treatment protocols, aesthetic procedures);
Act as an intermediary between the patient and other care teams, including nutritionists, physicians, and nursing staff, assisting patients with questions and ensuring client success;
Monitor collected data and feedback to identify opportunities to improve the patient experience and strengthen reliability in client relationships;
Create and register patient records in our medical records system;
Perform daily appointment confirmations;
Send links to patients, whether for payment or for the pre-consultation medical questionnaire;
Maintain a clean and organized environment.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, discipline, and commitment
Maintain confidentiality, be proactive, and demonstrate a sense of urgency
Previous experience in sales, reception, or customer service
