Key responsibilities & impact

Lead ERP implementation projects
Gather requirements and understand each client’s needs and specifics
Map administrative, financial, operational, and inventory processes
Identify failures, bottlenecks, and opportunities for process improvement
Parameterize and configure the system according to the client’s requirements
Perform data migration, verification, and validation when necessary
Deliver training and guide users on system usage
Conduct discovery, alignment, and project follow-up meetings
Propose practical solutions using the ERP’s available resources
Oversee implementation through go‑live and operational stabilization
Log and track outstanding items, action plans, and improvements identified during the project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Valid driver’s license (CNH) and availability to travel
Experience implementing and using ERP systems
Requirements gathering and process analysis
Financial control, cash flow, accounts payable and receivable
Income statement (DRE) knowledge and basic accounting concepts
Inventory control, cost management, and product movement tracking
Process mapping and process improvement
