About the role
- Configure the system according to the implementation scope defined for each client;
- Activate and test the contracted features;
- Work collaboratively with Support, Customer Success, and Product teams to ensure a quality delivery;
- Document configuration processes and keep implementation records up to date;
- Assist in performing functional system tests after configuration;
- Provide technical support during go-live and the customer's initial days of use.
