About the role

  • Execute hiring/onboarding processes, payroll processing, salary advances and CLT terminations;
  • Submit information to eSocial and reconcile payroll-related liabilities (FGTS, IRRF, 13th salary, DIRF);
  • Manage electronic timekeeping and employee vacations;
  • Monitor collective bargaining agreements (CCTs) and keep the payroll system up to date;
  • Provide support and advisory to internal departments on personnel/HR matters.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years working in Personnel Administration.
  • Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Personnel Administration.
  • Preferred experience: Experience managing personnel administration in companies that engage contractors (PJ); eSocial specialist.
