About the role
- Execute hiring/onboarding processes, payroll processing, salary advances and CLT terminations;
- Submit information to eSocial and reconcile payroll-related liabilities (FGTS, IRRF, 13th salary, DIRF);
- Manage electronic timekeeping and employee vacations;
- Monitor collective bargaining agreements (CCTs) and keep the payroll system up to date;
- Provide support and advisory to internal departments on personnel/HR matters.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Human Resources.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years working in Personnel Administration.
- Preferred qualifications: Postgraduate degree in Personnel Administration.
- Preferred experience: Experience managing personnel administration in companies that engage contractors (PJ); eSocial specialist.
