About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop, test, and deploy solutions for complex software problems with a focus on innovation and high availability
Write and test code incrementally, using agile practices and thorough documentation
Perform thorough code reviews and support the team in technical and architectural design decisions
Implement continuous deployment, monitoring, logging, and oversee applications in production environments

Co-design, together with the team, the future architectural direction of the platform
Work on the Financial Integrator, the central accounting and transactional data platform of Mooz, the Grupo Boticário fintech
Contribute to the evolution of version V2, incorporating the Credit vertical (Credit as a Service - CaaS)
Support a platform processing more than 7 million monthly transactions with a projected growth of 11.3 million additional transactions per month
Emit consolidated events to the SAP S/4HANA ERP via Kafka

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience with Java/Kotlin and Spring Boot
Strong knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and event-driven design (Kafka)
Solid knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and engineering best practices
Experience with relational and non-relational databases
Proven practice in unit and integration testing
Proficiency with Git or other collaborative version control systems
Experience configuring and managing scheduled jobs
Prior experience in financial solutions, payments, or fintechs
Frontend knowledge to support the creation and management of portals and tools for internal teams
Technical specialization in high-availability, real-time, or fault-tolerant systems
Technical specialization in mission-critical systems
Technical specialization in infrastructure automation, specialized platforms, or service provisioning
Enthusiasm and interest in applying Artificial Intelligence in day-to-day work
