About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and plan prices and promotions to maximize profitability and revenue across all sales channels
Collaborate with Sales, Merchandising, CRM and Marketing to build offers and joint pricing strategies
Monitor and manage key Pricing KPIs, ensuring business visibility and data-driven decision making
Develop reports and presentations for different areas of the company
Align pricing strategy with the organization’s financial planning
Build and strengthen strategic relationships with the commercial team, participating in discussions and solution development and acting as a pricing consultant

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or other quantitative fields)
Solid technical experience in Pricing and Margin / P&L management
Advanced SQL skills (data extraction, manipulation and structuring)
Advanced spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets / Excel) for data modeling and analysis
Practical knowledge and application of price elasticity concepts
Experience in cross-channel pricing or in e-commerce/retail
Ability to propose solutions, take calculated risks and work autonomously
Excellent verbal and written communication to liaise across functions and deliver executive presentations
Comfortable working in fast-changing environments and collaborating closely with the team
