About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support maintenance of cloud infrastructure and ensure services operate within established standards
  • Monitor, run, and assist with fixing minor errors in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
  • Assist developers with their deliveries
  • Serve as the first level of incident response using Prometheus, Grafana and New Relic, following runbooks and documentation
  • Support the maintenance and enhancement of scripts and self-service solutions for Development teams
  • Participate in creating new automations alongside Specialists
  • Assist with basic security and infrastructure configurations under Specialists’ supervision
  • Update manuals, technical documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in infrastructure, advanced system support, DevOps or software development
  • Familiarity with Linux environments, basic commands, navigation and initial troubleshooting
  • Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP
  • Initial hands-on knowledge of essential AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and IAM, or another public cloud
  • Experience with Git, including commits, branches and pull requests
  • Understanding of container architecture and basic experience with Docker
  • Ability to read and edit scripts in Bash or Python
  • Nice-to-haves: Terraform, AWS certifications, Kubernetes and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
