About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support maintenance of cloud infrastructure and ensure services operate within established standards
Monitor, run, and assist with fixing minor errors in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
Assist developers with their deliveries
Serve as the first level of incident response using Prometheus, Grafana and New Relic, following runbooks and documentation
Support the maintenance and enhancement of scripts and self-service solutions for Development teams
Participate in creating new automations alongside Specialists
Assist with basic security and infrastructure configurations under Specialists’ supervision
Update manuals, technical documentation and operational runbooks

Requirements

What you’ll need

1 to 2 years of experience in infrastructure, advanced system support, DevOps or software development
Familiarity with Linux environments, basic commands, navigation and initial troubleshooting
Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP
Initial hands-on knowledge of essential AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and IAM, or another public cloud
Experience with Git, including commits, branches and pull requests
Understanding of container architecture and basic experience with Docker
Ability to read and edit scripts in Bash or Python
Nice-to-haves: Terraform, AWS certifications, Kubernetes and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
