About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support maintenance of cloud infrastructure and ensure services operate within established standards
- Monitor, run, and assist with fixing minor errors in CI/CD pipelines such as GitHub Actions and GitLab CI
- Assist developers with their deliveries
- Serve as the first level of incident response using Prometheus, Grafana and New Relic, following runbooks and documentation
- Support the maintenance and enhancement of scripts and self-service solutions for Development teams
- Participate in creating new automations alongside Specialists
- Assist with basic security and infrastructure configurations under Specialists’ supervision
- Update manuals, technical documentation and operational runbooks
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1 to 2 years of experience in infrastructure, advanced system support, DevOps or software development
- Familiarity with Linux environments, basic commands, navigation and initial troubleshooting
- Basic networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS and HTTP
- Initial hands-on knowledge of essential AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS and IAM, or another public cloud
- Experience with Git, including commits, branches and pull requests
- Understanding of container architecture and basic experience with Docker
- Ability to read and edit scripts in Bash or Python
- Nice-to-haves: Terraform, AWS certifications, Kubernetes and Scrum/Kanban methodologies
