About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead the creation of makeup displays and in-store skins, covering strategic brands such as Make B, Botik, Eudora, QDB and BLZ.
  • Ensure couvettes (makeup pans) are updated cycle by cycle, incorporating baseline launches with excellence.
  • Lead end-to-end projects, orchestrating requests and making sure all fronts move in a synchronized manner.
  • Take responsibility for integrating partner teams, working directly with Category, Branding and Exposure Strategy teams.
  • Develop new suppliers, approve prototypes, ensure quality standards and guarantee proper roll out (implementation) in stores.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered within stipulated deadlines and respect defined costs/budgets.
  • Have a strong managerial and holistic (360º) project vision, as well as proven ability to build new processes from scratch.
  • Possess solid experience with data analysis and the technical ability to structure spreadsheets that support monitoring and decision-making for the area.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Industrial Design, Architecture or related fields.
  • Hands-on, direct experience focused on the creation of fixtures, displays and Point of Sale (POS) materials.
  • Mastery of agile methodologies and the full project lifecycle — from creative conception to store roll out, including product engineering, development of new suppliers and cost control.
  • Proven ability to work in direct partnership with Procurement, Commercial, Trade/VM, Categories, Branding and Exposure Strategy teams.
  • High technical proficiency in modeling and creative tools, specifically SketchUp and the Adobe Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop).
  • Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets, with the ability to build complex spreadsheets, structure project controls, manage budgets and track schedules.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while balancing the "Cost x Time x Concept" triad and navigating between brand aesthetics and manufacturing/logistics feasibility. A high level of resilience and a builder, proactive profile is expected — capable of proposing and implementing process improvements rather than just executing completed requests.
