About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as Key User: Serve as the reference Key User for the FI module in SAP S/4HANA, acting as the primary liaison and technical translator between the accounting needs of the business areas (Tax, Finance and Controllership) and the Technology team.
Leadership of Strategic Projects: Participate autonomously and actively in complex corporate projects and strategic initiatives of the executive board (such as implementations, migrations to SAP S/4HANA, corporate integrations, rollouts, expansion/acquisition processes and the structuring project "Simplifica").
System Implementation Cycle: Lead the gathering of business accounting requirements, design and validate functional solutions, build and execute integrated test scenarios (SIT/UAT) and perform functional validation, ensuring full adherence to established goals and deadlines.
Compliance with Accounting Standards and Regulations: Ensure correct technical interpretation, translation into system requirements in SAP and practical operationalization of new accounting standards (e.g., IFRS and internal topics such as IFRS 1) and regulatory changes, including complex adaptations and impacts from Tax Reform.
Information Quality and Governance: Execute and review critical closing routines, balance sheet reconciliations and in-depth account analyses, ensuring the accuracy, integrity, compliance and risk reduction of Grupo Boticário's financial information.
Analytics and Continuous Improvement: Monitor and analyze accounting indicators and area performance KPIs, identify trends, anticipate bottlenecks and map operational risks to propose and implement continuous improvements and automations for accounting and system processes.
Accounting Support and Configuration: Ensure correct accounting configuration, support and evolution of flows within the ERP system, validating the integration and posting of receivables, billing, returns, services and other financial operations.
Internal Controls and Risk Management: Contribute to the design and implementation of robust internal controls, being responsible for SAP system access controls (transaction risk matrices / GRC) and for detailed compliance audits of manual accounting entries.
Change Agent: Operate within an already highly mature and consolidated project structure, promoting best practices, providing technical training to users and driving continuous evolution of processes and systems.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Economics.
Professional Council: Active professional registration with the CRC (Regional Accounting Council) — Mandatory requirement.
ERP (SAP) Experience: Solid accounting experience with proven performance as a Key User of the SAP FI module. Active participation in accounting configurations and a systemic view of the ERP (practical experience with SAP S/4HANA is a strong differential).
Accounting Routine Experience: Consolidated knowledge of traditional accounting routines, monthly close, reconciliation and account analysis, ensuring the technical ability to assess and anticipate the impacts of new systems on day-to-day operational routines.
Project Experience: Experience in mapping accounting processes, gathering technical/functional business requirements, designing solutions and structuring/executing integrated test scenarios (SIT/UAT) and functional validation.
Productivity: Intermediate proficiency in the Google Workspace ecosystem (with emphasis on spreadsheet tools and structured presentations).
Desirable Differentials: Basic practical knowledge of SQL for accounting data analysis and extraction; familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or other corporate cloud data solutions.
