About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare budget projections by performing historical and forward-looking comparisons to ensure cost efficiency for the Directorate's events;
  • Structure agency selection processes and develop detailed briefings for Logistics, Production and Operations;
  • Act as a strategic point of contact with key company stakeholders;
  • Serve as the focal point to ensure that all procedural, contractual and safety requirements are followed at every stage, in coordination with the responsible teams;
  • Conduct on-site inspections with a keen eye for logistical, technical and operational feasibility;
  • Directly coordinate suppliers and staff teams during events;
  • Manage attendee flow and transportation/accommodation logistics for guests;
  • Oversee event setup and takedown (installation and dismantling);
  • Oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) service providers during events;
  • Ensure accurate budget closeout and that payment flows meet operational deadlines;
  • Consolidate results analysis, measuring success through event NPS metrics and operational efficiency.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • **Academic Background**: Bachelor's degree in Social Communication (Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism), Events or related fields;
  • **Strong Relationship Building and Alliances**: Ability to engage and build bridges with both corporate leadership and frontline technical teams;
  • **Negotiation Skills:** Strong ability to negotiate with suppliers, seeking the best value without compromising quality;
  • **Analytical Profile:** Comfortable working with financial projection spreadsheets and analyzing indicators (NPS);
  • **Desired Experience:** Previous experience in producing and operationally managing medium to large-scale corporate events;
  • **Residence:** Curitiba, PR or surrounding region;
  • **Availability to work in a hybrid model** - Participation in events and occasional trips to the office.
