About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the ESG pillar within Procurement;
- Direct interface with suppliers and procurement management points of contact;
- Lead projects related to ESG within Procurement and the Supply Chain;
- Active participation in PADP - Partner Evaluation and Development Program (ESG pillar);
- Support and follow-up on actions coming from the Corporate ESG team;
- Support the Hong Kong office for ESG-related activities with Asian suppliers;
- Conduct meetings with suppliers to provide guidance and roll out actions related to Grupo Boticário’s 2030 commitments;
- Implement and lead agendas and live sessions with suppliers aimed at socio-environmental leverage.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and/or postgraduate studies related to sustainability and/or environmental management;
- Experience auditing supplier processes;
- Intermediate English;
- Previous experience in companies/industries in ESG and/or Diversity, Sustainability and Supply Chain Traceability;
- Basic to intermediate analytical ability to consolidate reports, monitor ESG targets/indicators and prepare executive presentations;
- Prior knowledge or previous work experience in Corporate Sustainability topics, Supplier Auditing and proficiency in Spanish.
